Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the order in respect of that item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges.

Sorry, we are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders. If you email us before getting a shipping notification we can cancel your original order so you can place another order.
Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow us to add to orders once they've been placed. If you would like to place a new order with additional items, let us know and we can cancel your first order for you.

Since Whistle and Flute Clothing is not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to improperly submitted, inaccurate and/or incomplete shipping addresses, the cost of re-shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
Errors do happen and so if ever we accidentally ship the wrong product or an order is damaged in delivery, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. One of our staff will remedy the situation quickly. No return fees will be charged.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item (excluding hats, socks and swimwear) in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
Products are not exchanged at Whistle and Flute Clothing but returned for shop credit. You are then invited to place a new order which will best suit your needs.
Our experience has shown us that it is more advantageous for everyone if we do not exchange. It is simpler to return the product you do not like and receive a shop credit. Also, you may order the right product in the meantime, ensuring it does not disappear from our inventory while the return process is occurring. This re-order will be treated as a separate order entirely.
Unless we have made a mistake in shipping or you purchased your order during a special promotion, you are responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
A return form was included in your shipment please follow the instructions and include in your return. If you do not have a return form please contact us: email@example.com and include your order number.

If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
